CEA's Official University of Record
CEA and the University of New Haven (UNH) of Westhaven, Connecticut have partnered to promote a comprehensive academic agreement through which UNH will act as the official University of Record for CEA.
Academic decisions made in the field are in accordance with pre-established criteria for minimal standards set by UNH. The decisions made according to these standards are subject to timely assessment by the University of New Haven, based upon accepted reporting criteria between UNH and CEA.
As the CEA School of Record, UNH insists upon and requires that internal academic controls within CEA be administered by academics whose qualifications approximate those of comparable academic administrators on the home campus and are consistent with requirements of any overseas partner universities.
Currently, UNH issues transcripts and formally accredits the Florence and Rome, Italy GlobalCampus sites. Beginning with the Fall 2008 session, UNH will also formally accredit and issue transcripts for CEA GlobalCampus programs in Paris, France and Barcelona, Madrid and Seville, Spain. CEA GlobalCampus sites in Barcelona, Madrid and Seville are dually accredited and transcripted by Antonio de Nebrija University.
